of a small harbor tug. The harbor tug of project 14970 is intended for towing
and berthing operations in harbor, off-harbour and coastal areas, oil spill response
activities, assisting operations in ports. Harbor tug RB-18 laid down in
1993 at the Azov Shipyard, completed by Sokolskoe Shipyard (yard No.5002), 13
