These
boats belong to the series of communication boats and Coast Guard boats of the
Project 14670, code Gurzuf. This project was developed as a harbour boat based
on the Coast Guard boat of the Project 1400, code Grif. Like the original project,
it has a hull made of light aluminum-magnesium alloy. All mechanisms of the boat
like the boat Project 1400M. Communication Boat KSV-1404 laid down at Batumi
Shipyard (yard No.901), commissioned on 04 June 1984 and was assigned to the Black
