Small Hydrographic Boat MGK-1074
Project 16380

This boat belongs to a large series of small hydrographic boats of Project 16830, code Drofa. All boats of this series were built in the period from 1983 to 2005 at the Lazarevsky, Shipyard No.1, as well as in Vladivostok, Eastern Shipyard. They are designed to operate on raids in harbors and estuaries.

Boats of this project with a displacement of about 5 tons have seaworthiness of up to 3 points. The hull of the boat is wooden. A propulsion system of one diesel engine and one three-blade propeller with a diameter of 0.5 meters provides a full speed of 8 knots, a cruising range of 170 miles at an economic speed of 7 knots. For power supply, a G273 generator with a power of 0.6 kW was used (28 V). The total capacity of the boat is 0.75 tons. The navigational armament of the boat is the KM-69-02 compass and the PEL-4M echo sounder. The radio equipment is represented by two Transceiver-N transceivers. The autonomy of the boat is one day.

Small Hydrographic Boat MGK-1074 laid down at Shipyard No.1, Lazarevsky (yard No.127), commissioned on April 1999 and was assigned to the Black Sea Fleet.

Now in service.
