| The boat of 
this project is multifunctional and designed to solve a wide range of tasks both 
in coastal areas of navigation and in the open sea when the boat is based on surface 
ships. It is a small boat with an steel hull. There is a cabin and an open cockpit 
for passengers. The engine compartment is located in the middle of the boat. The 
boat is equipped with a 3D6 diesel engine with 150 hp with reverse gear operating 
on 1 shaft with a fixed-pitch three-blade propeller. From 1950 to 2002, several 
hundred boats of this project and its modernized versions were built.  Boat 
RK-1676 laid down at the Rybinsk Shipyard (yard No.1113), commissioned on 1986 
and was assigned to the Black Sea Fleet.  The boat was decommissioned and
