| The 
ship is intended for towing ships in distress, fire fighting on crafts, vessels, 
floating and shore facilities, water pumping and electricity supply to emergency 
vessels, evacuation and medical treatment of rescued people, diving works at depth 
down to 60 m, rescue and inspection operations as well as petroleum product recovery. 
The design is developed by OJSC DB Vympel. Rescue Tug SB-739 
laid down at the Zvezdochka Shipyard, Astrakhan (yard No.008), launched 02 August 
2016, commissioned 16 January 2017. On 19 April 2021 the ship was renamed 
to Spasatel Vasily Bekh. On 17 June 2022, Spasatel Vasily Bekh, located 
at the sea crossing in the northwestern part of the Black Sea, was seriously damaged
